REFUND/SHIPPING POLICIES


REFUND POLICY

All products, but not limited to, digital plans, physical books/calendars/planners/journals, services, e-books, and recordings, being non-tangible, irrevocable goods, physical merchandise cannot be refunded or exchanged once accessed, downloaded, unzipped, or viewed.

*All physical merchandise are non refundable and an exchange or credit can/will be issued.
Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.
* RA# request for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging.
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
* There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNING MERCHANDISE FOR CREDIT after 5 days.
* Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.
* NO EXCEPTIONS.
* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL


As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our Site and ensuring you've purchased the product you intended to. Additionally, access of media notwithstanding, no product or service shall be re-issued or refunded more than seven business days from the initial purchase date.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Women's Power Network collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Women's Power Network.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We value every single customer and every parcel delivery carefully. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and 7-10 business days for delivery. All shipped will require a signature. If no one is available at the address upon the time of delivery, all packages will be returned to your local post office. You must provide valid proof of ID to obtain your package.
